When a person is in a bar, and they're interested in a member of the opposite sex, why do most look at the others bottoms?

as always to make judgements. the three basic things that a guy looks for in a girl when he looks at her is her breast, her bottom, and her face. talking about vital statistics. and if they like thats all tey want to look at. ans then they proceed to eye contact or say hi ot her. thats thier first approach if they like her body.
